Core Values cannot be plagiarised and made to fit another organisation. They need to be yours alone.
Establishing Core Values makes leading and managing a team and client expectations a lot easier.

How do the development sessions work?
Prior to the workshop, attendees are asked to complete pre-work. The aim is to get each person thinking about their values and vision for the business so that everyone is prepared to gain maximum benefit from the session.
You’ll then participate in a 3-4 hour facilitated session guiding you through a process to create up to five Core Values with definitions. These will underpin the expectations of behaviour within your organisation.
We’ll guide you through our structured process and help you create up to five Core Values.
You’ll also learn how to maximise the effectiveness of your Core Values to ensure the team lives by them whilst carrying out their work.
Core Values Development – The fundamental requirements
- 1. They must be real – They need to be developed from within to be authentic to your company and your team. Faking it doesn't work.
- 2. You'll need outside help – Experience shows that the most effective way to develop Core Values is by having a neutral facilitator lead the process. An objective, third party opinion can provide an invaluable and independent perspective.
