Where do I find my business's KPIs?
We can often identify and feed your KPIs into monthly reports, with real time alerts set up for you to monitor them within Xero and QuickBooks. They become something you're aware of every time you login
Investing a little time each week and making simple changes can dramatically improve your KPIs, positively impacting your business performance and lowering your stress levels.
How does it work?
First, we’ll help you find your key drivers as this is not always obvious. Ironically once identified they seem very obvious!
They may be financial (e.g. gross profit margin), or non-financial (e.g. customer satisfaction ratings, time taken respond to enquiry).
We’ll teach you how to measure each KPI and set realistic improvement targets against each one.
Once you’re confident measuring each KPI we’ll provide monthly coaching to help you implement a tactical plan to improve them.
The plan is focussed on the business processes and the behavioural changes required to ensure a positive change during the following months.
Why did we develop this service?
We’ve developed this service to enable business owners to work out what the key drivers are in their business (key drivers is just another expression for Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs).
We teach you how to measure them accurately. You can then formulate strategies and apply tactics to improve each one, whilst regularly monitoring the result.

What's next?
We help you to follow and track the KPIs through the weeks and months ahead.
Remember your business KPIs might be financial (e.g. gross profit margin or average annual customer spend) or non-financial (e.g. customer satisfaction ratings). They may also change over time.
Together we'll track them via a cloud based performance dashboard. We like to limit the number of KPIs you’re monitoring to the most important ones (the ones that will make the most powerful difference to your business).
Once you’re confident measuring each key driver accurately, we’ll work with you on a monthly basis to form a tactical plan that includes all of the business processes and behavioural changes needed to keep improving your results.
