I joined Another Answer, now Naylor Accountancy Services, in 2021. I have trained in payroll since joining and enjoy helping clients with their payroll issues along side my bookkeeping jobs. Outside work I love helping my friend with her horses, my passion since a child.

By day, I’m a Senior Bookkeeper with an AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4, keeping numbers balanced and businesses running smoothly. Outside of work, life is a little louder and a lot more energetic! I’m a proud mum to two sporty and active teenage boys who definitely keep me on my toes, and I’m also a passionate DJ — music is my escape and creative outlet. When I’m not behind the decks or spreadsheets, you’ll usually find me at the gym, squeezing in the occasional 5km run, or chasing after my wonderfully daft dog who keeps life entertaining!

I am an ICB-qualified bookkeeper and have been helping businesses feel confident and in control of their finances for almost twenty years. As a mum of four and former primary school teacher, I’m no stranger to multi-tasking and problem-solving, and I love bringing order to chaos! I support business owners with everything from VAT returns and payroll to management accounts and budgeting, giving them peace of mind and time to focus on what they do best. When I’m not working with numbers, you might find me with my nose in a good book, finishing a crossword, or baking a cake - and I’m also a black belt in taekwondo.

I enjoy my role as practice administrator; I ensure that every client feels valued and supported. With plenty of years of experience in administration, I enjoy keeping our team running smoothly so that they can focus on what they do best. In my free time I love seeing my family and meeting friends for coffee or lunch and I love my strength and resistance training and endeavouring to improve my PB’s.

Hi, I'm Oleksandra! I have over 15 years of experience in finance and accountancy, mostly in the public sector in Ukraine. My son and I relocated to the UK in 2022 due to the war, and I have embraced this as a new opportunity. I am ICB Level 3 certified and hold a Cambridge B2 in English, alongside my finance degree from Ukraine, and I am keen to keep growing in my accounting career here. I love working with different local businesses, getting to know how each one works and making sure the numbers tell the right story. Day to day I cover bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts preparation. And when the laptop is closed, I enjoy Latin dancing and art. My son is currently studying 3D design at university in London, so creativity very much runs in the family!

As someone who enjoys making clear, organised spreadsheets for my personal life, working in administration for an accountancy firm is the perfect fit for my passion. I am methodical, efficient, and enjoy creative problem-solving; all skills I use to support the team in providing our clients with the best service possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature and visiting museums.
