Reflecting on the changes you’ve made to your business is important and recognising the process for these changes can improve outcomes over time

There are 5 A’s of Change that we can follow and adapt to achieve continuous improvement

1. Awareness

Be aware of what needs to change. What changes should you prioritise? How can you reflect these changes in your business plan?

2. Acceptance

Change is inevitable and it is a continuous process. It might be that you want stability but progress requires change.

3. Action

We always have a plan but we must actually implement it. Take one step at a time and the change will grow. Remember that with no action, planning is useless.

4. Accountability

Having someone independent to hold us to account is a way to ensure that we act on what we planned.

5. Acknowledgment

Acknowledge the change that you’ve been through and the way you respond to the pandemic crisis. You did your best and celebrate the success of taking action and forcing change.
